]]> Thu, 18 Jun 2009 05:00:00 GMT ID1096-62-2327 Date: 10/1/2009 Alumni, students, parents, and employees submitted their favorite recipes to create "What's Cooking at UE!".  This cookbook project is sponsored by UE's Alumni Association and is a fundraiser for student financial aid.  It will contain close to 300 recipes including Dr. Graves' famous guacamole' and some purple fare from our head cheerleader, Ace Purple. 

Copies will also be on sale in the UE Bookstore and at alumni and other events.
