Alumni Association to offer Insurance ProgramThe UE Alumni Association is pleased to sponsor an Alumni Insurance Program as a service to alumni. The program offers a variety of attractively priced insurance products, most of which are available to alumni, students, faculty, and staff, as well as their spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings.
"What's Cooking at UE!" Orders Being Taken NowAlumni, students, parents, and employees submitted their favorite recipes to create "What's Cooking at UE!". This cookbook project is sponsored by UE's Alumni Association and is a fundraiser for student financial aid. It will contain close to 300 recipes including Dr. Graves' famous guacamole' and some purple fare from our head cheerleader, Ace Purple. Orders are being taken now and copies should be available in time for the holidays. Copies will also be on sale in the UE Bookstore and at alumni and other events. Order now from www.uealumnionline.com/cookbook UE Alumni Association Presents Annual Awards at Founders Day 2010 Three alumni where honored for their achievements and service to UE as part of UE’s 156th Founders Day on Sunday, February 14, 2010: Tom Southwood ’81 – Edie Bates Volunteer Service Award, Len Devaisher ’98 – Young Alumnus Award, and Rose Mays ’67 was awarded the Distinguished Alumna Award. G. Richard Eykamp was named the Samuel Orr Honoroary Alumnus Award recipient.
