
The trip is open to all Harlaxton College and University of Evansville alumni and their guests, but space is limited to 40 participants. Due to travel arrangements and accommodations, the trip is not appropriate for children under the age of 10.
Travelers should arrive at Harlaxton Manor before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 27, for a welcome, orientation meeting and evening meal. Travelers will depart the manor on the following Friday following breakfast. Transportation to the train station will be available.

Accommodations
All travelers will be housed in the manor or carriage house, where no two rooms are alike. And in true European style, they do not include bathrooms. Student rooms are furnished modestly with single beds, desks, armoire, and chairs. Each room has a hand basin and shared bathroom facilities in the corridor. For the most part rooms are spacious and comfortable; students live in them for an entire semester. Travelers will not be sharing a room. A limited number of guest rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.These are located on the Blue Corridor and have nicer furnishings and generally a great view. Only a few of these are equipped with a bathroom (ensuite). The availablitly of these rooms cannot be confirmed until March 2012.
Cost
$1,000 per person includes accommodations in student rooms; all meals at the manor; transportation, guide fees, and packed lunches on day trips; and special events. It does not include travel to and from England and Harlaxton Manor.
$1,200 (double occupancy) & $1,400 (single) per person pays for accommodations in a guest room and all other items listed above.
$1,500 (double occupancy) & $1,700 (single) per person pays for accommodations in an ensuite guest room (with bathroom) and all other items listed above.
Deposit
To reserve your place, please submit a deposit of $300 per person ($350 per person if you select guest room accommodations) and complete the online form by clicking the "Register now" button above. Payment in full is due April 20, 2012.
