Alumni Association to offer Insurance Program
The UE Alumni Association is pleased to sponsor an Alumni Insurance Program as a service to alumni.  The program offers a variety of attractively priced insurance products, most of which are available to alumni, students, faculty, and staff, as well as their spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings.



"What's Cooking at UE!" Orders Being Taken Now
Alumni, students, parents, and employees submitted their favorite recipes to create "What's Cooking at UE!".  This cookbook project is sponsored by UE's Alumni Association and is a fundraiser for student financial aid.  It will contain close to 300 recipes including Dr. Graves' famous guacamole' and some purple fare from our head cheerleader, Ace Purple. 

Copies will also be on sale in the UE Bookstore and at alumni and other events.

What's Cooking At UE!

What's Cooking at UE! is a new cookbook sponsored by the UE Alumni Association.  It features recipes from alumni, students, parent, and employees including former presidents and Ace Purple himself. 

Cookbooks can be ordered online now.  Copies will be available in the UE Bookstore and at select alumni events.
